At Babyniq, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), the consumer will not be required to pay return shipping fees.

Babyniq is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
